Belonging at OneChurch
Membership isn’t about joining a club; it’s about becoming part of a spiritual family. At OneChurch, we believe belonging begins with shared faith, shared values, and shared commitment.
Our membership process helps us walk together in unity and purpose as we follow Jesus.
Why Membership Matters?
“You are members of God’s family... built together as a dwelling where God lives by His Spirit.”— Ephesians 2:19–22
Becoming a member of OneChurch means saying yes to being known, being rooted, and being part of what God is doing through this local church.
It’s about connection, accountability, and partnership in the mission of Jesus.
Membership helps us care well for one another, grow stronger together, and move forward in unity.
What We Believe and Commit To
Each of these five commitments represents a key part of belonging to our church family. If you’re not yet able to affirm all five, that’s okay!
Check the ones that describe where you are today. We’d love to come alongside you as you take your next steps.
Five Statements:
1. I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior.
→ Our faith begins with relationship, not religion.
“If anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
2. I have been baptized in water by immersion.
→ Baptism is an outward expression of inward transformation.
“Repent and be baptized… in the name of Jesus Christ.” — Acts 2:38
3. I support the Declaration of Faith.
→ Unity in belief builds strength in community.
“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” — Ephesians 4:3
4. I commit to regular attendance at OneChurch (Two + times per month).
→ Growth happens best together.
“Let us not give up meeting together, but encourage one another.” — Hebrews 10:25
5. I commit to regular financial giving at OneChurch.
→ Giving is an act of worship and trust in God’s provision.
“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” — Matthew 6:21
